9 月 17 日下午，廣東省不銹鋼材料與制品協(xié)會(huì)召開(kāi)《生活飲用水不銹鋼管鈍化規(guī)程》《不銹鋼水管表面處理工藝選用指南》團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)審定會(huì)，兩項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)最終順利通過(guò)審定。作為核心參編單位，廣州美亞股份有限公司技術(shù)總監(jiān)嚴(yán)國(guó)標(biāo)先生代表公司出席會(huì)議，與行業(yè)頂尖專(zhuān)家、同行代表深度交流，以專(zhuān)業(yè)積淀為生活飲用水不銹鋼管領(lǐng)域的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)注入 “美亞智慧”。
On the afternoon of September 17th, the Guangdong Stainless Steel Materials and Products Association held a review meeting for the group standards Passivation Procedure for Stainless Steel Pipes for Drinking Water and Guide for Selection of Surface Treatment Processes for Stainless Steel Water Pipes. Both standards were successfully approved in the end. As a core participating unit, Mr. Yan Guobiao, Technical Director of Guangzhou Mayer Co., Ltd., represented the company at the meeting, conducted in-depth exchanges with top industry experts and representatives from peer enterprises, and infused "Mayer Wisdom" into the standardization of the drinking water stainless steel pipe sector with professional accumulation.
本次審定會(huì)匯聚行業(yè)權(quán)威力量，審定專(zhuān)家組由著名建筑設(shè)計(jì)給排水專(zhuān)家、教授級(jí)高工趙力軍，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化專(zhuān)家、高級(jí)工程師龔悅，廣州質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢測(cè)研究院高級(jí)工程師李裕業(yè)等權(quán)威人士領(lǐng)銜組成，廣東省不銹鋼材料與制品協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)林澤榆及多家參編單位代表共同參會(huì)，會(huì)議由黃耿燕秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)主持。經(jīng)推選，趙力軍教授擔(dān)任專(zhuān)家組組長(zhǎng)，統(tǒng)籌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)審工作。
The review meeting brought together authoritative forces in the industry. The review expert group was led by authoritative figures including Zhao Lijun, a renowned water supply and drainage expert in architectural design and professor-level senior engineer; Gong Yue, a standardization expert and senior engineer; and Li Yuye, a senior engineer from the Guangzhou Quality Supervision and Testing Institute. Lin Zeyu, President of the Guangdong Stainless Steel Materials and Products Association, and representatives from multiple participating units also attended the meeting, which was hosted by Secretary-General Huang Gengyan. Upon recommendation, Professor Zhao Lijun served as the leader of the expert group, overseeing the standard review work.
在嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膶彾鞒讨?，?zhuān)家組對(duì)兩項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)送審稿進(jìn)行逐章審查、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)詢與深度研討。最終一致認(rèn)定，兩項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格遵循國(guó)家法律法規(guī)及 GB/T 1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則》要求，與現(xiàn)行國(guó)家、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高度協(xié)調(diào)，文件資料完整規(guī)范，具備扎實(shí)的審定通過(guò)基礎(chǔ)。更值得關(guān)注的是，專(zhuān)家組高度評(píng)價(jià)兩項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的技術(shù)水平，明確其為 “國(guó)內(nèi)首創(chuàng)、國(guó)際先進(jìn)”。
In the rigorous review process, the expert group conducted chapter-by-chapter review, on-site questioning, and in-depth discussions on the draft submissions of the two standards. Finally, they unanimously confirmed that the two standards strictly comply with national laws and regulations and the requirements of GB/T 1.1—2020 Directives for Standardization Work, are highly compatible with the current national and industrial standards, and the documentation is complete and standardized—laying a solid foundation for approval. More notably, the expert group spoke highly of the technical level of the two standards, clearly confirming them as "domestically initiated and internationally advanced".
據(jù)悉，廣州美亞深度參與編制的兩項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)各有側(cè)重、意義重大：《生活飲用水不銹鋼管鈍化規(guī)程》明確了材料要求、工藝流程、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)、追溯管理等核心內(nèi)容，為行業(yè)提供了清晰的鈍化技術(shù)指引；《不銹鋼水管表面處理工藝選用指南》針對(duì)不同水質(zhì)條件構(gòu)建了完整的工藝選擇體系，一舉填補(bǔ)了行業(yè)在水管內(nèi)表面處理工藝指導(dǎo)領(lǐng)域的空白。兩項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的落地，將為高品質(zhì)不銹鋼水管生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)，更能顯著提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全與管道使用壽命，加速行業(yè)規(guī)范化升級(jí)。
It is reported that the two standards in which Guangzhou Mayer has deeply participated in compiling each have distinct focuses and great significance: Passivation Procedure for Stainless Steel Pipes for Drinking Water defines core contents such as material requirements, process flows, quality inspection, and traceability management, providing clear passivation technology guidelines for the industry; Guide for Selection of Surface Treatment Processes for Stainless Steel Water Pipes establishes a comprehensive process selection system for different water quality conditions, filling the gap in the industry regarding guidance on inner surface treatment processes for water pipes. The implementation of these two standards will provide a scientific basis for the production and application of high-quality stainless steel water pipes, significantly improve product quality and safety as well as the service life of pipes, and accelerate the standardized upgrading of the industry.
